Things I know about Christmas…..
I know that I LOVE Christmas but it is not until school finishes that I really get into the Christmas spririt!
I know that school is now over for another year! This is such a time of mixed emotions, as much as you look forward to the holidays ahead it is hard to say goodbye to the little personalities you have watched flourish all year, as they move on to Grade One!
I know that amidst the mountain of bath products were some of the most thoughtfully written cards! I know that the cards handwritten by the children you have taught how to hold a pencil and sound out words means more than any gift.
I know that there is something special about an empty classroom. The artwork and decorations removed, just a shell ready for a new flock of eager learners in 2012. A new beginning, a fresh start.
I know that I LOVE advent. The countdown to that special day is well and truly on! Our Elf is scheduled to make his grand entrance this weekend, the advent stockings are being hung and the activities are beginning! Read all about what we have planned HERE
