Meal Plan Monday
Meal Planning has become a permanent fixture in our families weekly routine. Unfortunatley trying to think of five to seven meals at once means that we have become a little boring. So it’s time to change things up a bit! This week we have two new recipes to try!
Monday – Tacos.
For the kids we break the tacos up so they are like corn chips! Much easier for them to scoop everything onto! Take this every day recipe and try something new like pork mince, fish, or vegetarian tacos!
Tuesday – Proscuitto and Sage Chicken
A regular on our meal plans this is a simple recipe of chicken breast or thigh wrapped around sage leaves and topped off with proscuitto. Use a skewer whilst cooking and remove to serve.
Wednesday – Oven Baked Risotto Balls
These are much better fried but we don’t have a deep fryer! Fill with anything of your choice for us it’s a vegetarian cheese version!
Thursday – Baby Crab Cakes
A new recipe! After I found some tinned crab! Ok so you can stop cringing now! It is worth a try! Fingers crossed by making these cute “baby” size cakes, the kids will eat them too!
Friday – Spanish Rice Stuffed Squid
This “Fish Friday” recipe is straight out of the March Issue of the Woolworths Fresh Magazine! Might need a back up for the kids but I am looking forward to trying something new!
